About this course
Leadership is the skill of influencing others to achieve a common goal. Leadership can be practiced in different contexts and ways, such as in business, politics, sports, or education. Leadership can also be learned and improved by developing certain mindsets and behaviors, such as being supportive, results-oriented, open-minded, and problem-solving. Leadership is more than just having a title or a position. It is about having a vision, a purpose, and a passion. It is about inspiring and empowering others to work together towards a shared goal. It is about making a positive difference in the world. Leadership is not only a skill, but also a responsibility and a privilege. Leaders have the opportunity and the duty to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in the world. Leaders also have the challenge and the joy of learning and growing as individuals and as leaders. Leadership is a journey, not a destination.
